Representative example

A mortgage of £175,438.00 payable over 25 years on our Standard Variable Rate of 7.39% would require 300 monthly payments of £1,282.81.

The total amount payable would be £385,153.00 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£209,380.00), a valuation fee of £310.00 and a mortgage funds release fee of £25.00.
