Faster Payment Delays
We are aware of a technical issue with our faster payments provider, Barclays. This means that payments from savings accounts to nominated bank accounts have been delayed. Barclays is working to resolve the issue.
If you have made a payment on or after 17:00hrs on Thursday 30th January 2025 the payment may have been delayed.
Payments are being queued for processing. Do not make another payment because this may result in you making a duplicate payment.
Once the issue is resolved it is expected that queued payments will be processed automatically.
