Take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, to help us shape an even better experience for all our members.

We want to know your thoughts and feedback about the products, services and communications we provide at The Cambridge. Understanding our members better, is really important to us. This survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what you think and helps us identify opportunities for improvement, as well as having a better understanding of things you like or where changes could be made for a better experience.

In the next couple of weeks you may receive a call from our partnered research company; QRS Market Research, asking you to take part in a survey. Your feedback really is valuable to us and can be done whilst sipping a cuppa.

QRS have signed a confidentiality agreement with us, and abide by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Anything you say as part of this research will be treated with the strictest confidence and your opinions will be submitted anonymously.

Keeping your information safe

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy details how we use your personal information and treat your data. Only relevant information is shared with QRS to enable them to be able to contact customers to conduct our customer satisfaction surveys and for analysis to be undertaken. 

Keeping you, your accounts and your personal information safe has always been our number one priority. Which is why we wanted to let you know about QRS before you may receive a call.

 

How do I know the call from QRS is legitimate? 

QRS will introduce themselves on behalf of The Cambridge, to verify you are a customer of The Cambridge, they will quote your first and last name and ask you to confirm it's you. This is the only identification information they will require.   

They will not ask you to confirm any of the following information:

Date of Birth
National Insurance Number
Online login credentials
Account information
Your savings or mortgage balance
Transactional information

The purpose of the call is to understand the services you use and better understand your experience as a member of The Cambridge.

Calls are made between 9am - 8.30pm on weekdays and between 10am - 4pm on Saturdays.

If you’re asked to confirm any of the above information and are concerned about the legitimacy of the call, please hang up and call The Cambridge on 0345 601 3344.
