Making the most of our online services

Now you’re online with The Cambridge, the possibilities are endless (well… almost!)

You’re set up with your User ID and password, you’ve set up your memorable question and answer, you’ve downloaded our Money App you’ve even set your passcode for extra quick access. So, what’s next?

Now you’re online with The Cambridge managing your accounts just got so much easier. You now have the freedom to safely check and manage your online accounts at a time and place that suits you.

Here are the actions you can complete via our online services:

  • view your balances and transactions
  • change your personal or security details. If you need to change your mobile number you’ll need to pop in and see us, send us a secure message or give us a call on 0345 601 3344
  • view your mortgage and savings in one place
  • manage your accounts safely and securely
  • ask for advice and request account amendments via our secure message centre*
  • request transactions and transfers to your nominated bank account via our secure message centre**
  • see your current savings interest rate

If you have an instant access savings account opened online, you can complete transfers to a nominated bank account, payees and other Cambridge accounts yourself, making it easy for you to manage your money. And here’s the best bit, you can do it from the comfort of your home.

And if you need help, we’ve built in a secure message service so you can get in touch with us whenever you like. We’ll be here to help you Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm. If you need us at another time, pop us your message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

We’re always thinking of new ways to develop our Money App to make it even better. So don’t forget to keep your app as up to date as possible to make sure you’re getting the most out of our digital services. Keeping your app up to date also ensures that you are staying as safe as possible.
