If you're self-employed and have three years' worth of accounts then you can apply for a mortgage from our wider product range. If you're recently self-employed then we can also help. We have a range of specially designed mortgages for self-employed people who don't have the standard three years' worth of accounts. Our Mortgage Advisers will be happy to help find the right mortgage for you.

Our self-employed mortgages are available for properties located in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire and Suffolk. You can find out more about our mortgage eligibility here.
