The Cambridge Building Society took home the award for the Most Effective Campaign on a Small Budget at the glittering Financial Services Forum Awards for Marketing Effectiveness.

The trophy was awarded for work on The Cambridge’s website which was relaunched in November 2017 alongside a dedicated intermediary site with support from agency Teamspirit. The new website allows customers more interaction, is easy to navigate and complements the brand values of the organisation.

The awards, held at the end of November and hosted by rugby and TV star Matt Dawson, are dedicated to recognising and rewarding proven success in the creation and promotion of financial services and products.

Head of Marketing Carole Charter and Marketing Communications Manager Katy Bignell, attended the awards as nominees in the Marketer of the Year and Young Marketer categories and collected the award on behalf of The Cambridge.

Carole said: “We’re thrilled and would like to thank our colleagues at Teamspirit for putting us forward. They are so easy to work with and delivered exactly what we were looking for. We now have a web presence that truly serves the needs of our audiences and has been very well received by customers.”

November was a busy month for awards for The Cambridge which was also highly commended in the Best Junior/Children’s Savings Provider category of The Money Page Personal Finance Awards.
