What’s happening?

The Cambridge is delighted to be continuing our partnership with the Perse School as sponsor of their Community Lecture Series. The series is part of the school’s far-reaching community programme – bringing fascinating speakers to share their expertise with a local audience.

The Lent term lecture will be given by Professor Beverley Glover, on the topic ‘The Cambridge University Botanic Garden: a unique role in addressing global challenges’.

About the speaker
Beverley Glover is Professor of Plant Systematics and Evolution in the Department of Plant Sciences at the University of Cambridge and Director of the Cambridge University Botanic Garden.

The lecture is free of charge and open to everyone in the community, whether or not they have a connection with The Perse. Due to capacity restrictions, entry will be by ticket only.

Tickets for this lecture will go on general release at 10am on Monday 3 February 2020.
Advance booking for Cambridge Building Society members will be available from 10am on Saturday 1 February - please enter 'CBSMEMBER'.
