We are looking to hire a Customer Service Adviser to join our Great Shelford team.
You’ll have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service and be the face of The Cambridge.

Salary and working hours
Salary £20,000.00 per annum
Monday to Friday between 8:45am & 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week plus Saturdays on rota basis)
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Provide friendly and efficient counter service to customers processing account transactions and other account-related requests
Ensure all customer information, account details and transactions are processed correctly
Be able to explain terms & conditions of our products to customers and open new accounts appropriate to customer needs
Develop and expand own knowledge of Society products, services and processes through keeping up to date with changes, weekly CSSP sessions and self-study
Adhere to all regulatory requirements (Money Laundering, Data Protection etc.).
Complete on-line regulatory courses within defined timescales
You will be someone that
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes ownership of time management and personal organisation
Exceeds the expectations of our customers
Has prior experiences in customer facing
Can demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
