Cash for the Community
The Cash for the Community programme runs every year and supports local community groups with funding for their good causes. This year the annual giveaway is even bigger with an extra £2,000 being provided by The Cambridge, upping the total to £12,000!
The programme will take place in summer 2017 with updates on how to participate coming in spring.
Cash for the Community 2016 - the results!
The 15 worthy beneficiaries of the 2016 Cash for the Community campaign were celebrated at a special event where it was announced how much of the £10,000 each would receive.
Supporters of the groups collected a grand total of 17,595 tokens - beating last year’s total by over 4,000.
Each organisation received the following amounts:
