Finance Assistant - Head Office
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Finance team at Head Office in Cambridge City Centre. The main focus of the role is to provide administrative support to the team to ensure that financial transactions are accounted for accurately and by allocated timeslots and to provide first class service to internal and external customers. The ideal applicant will have excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and be a team player.

A role has become available at out Histon branch as our Senior Customer Service Adviser. The purpose of this role is to delight our customers through being the primary touch point for providing Advice & Guidance and contributing towards the financial strength of the organisation.
Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm (36.25 hours per week) plus 26 Saturdays per annum

Customer Contact Centre Assistant - Head Office
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Contact Centre at our Head Office in Cambridge City Centre. The main focus of the role is to provide excellent customer service with the objective that the customer will recognise and recommend the service provided. The job holder will primarily be a key contact point for all customer enquiries providing telephony, live chat, email and postal services to the Society’s customers.
