As you would expect, customer service is always at the top of our agenda, which is why we are committed to listening to our members. We are looking for members to join our Member Panel. Your role would be to give feedback and comments on the way the Society operates and the service we provide.

Members would be required to join for a maximum of two years. You would be asked to complete a number of short surveys on a range of issues each year, either by email, telephone or post - whichever is most convenient to you.
