The Cambridge Launches Limited Edition 3 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage
The Cambridge Building Society has launched a new Limited Edition Special Offer fixed rate mortgage product, slashing interest rates by up to 0.40% and reducing fees by £300.
The 3-year fixed rate mortgage has been launched to provide intermediaries with a competitive product with lower interest rates and a reduced application fee of £999.
Special Offer 3 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage:
90% LTV now 4.99% was 5.39%
85% LTV now 3.99% was 4.29%
80% LTV now 3.59% was 3.89%
75% LTV now 3.29% was 3.39%

£299 of the £999 application fee is payable at the time of application and is not refundable.
