How to apply

Our website provides you with details of all the mortgage deals we currently offer. To apply for a mortgage with us, we ask you to discuss your application with one of our trained Personal Advisers. You can do this at any of our branches or by contacting us on 0845 601 3344.

Our Personal Adviser will recommend which of our mortgages will best suit your needs and circumstances. To do this, he or she will spend some time discussing with you your current and future requirements. You will be given a full mortgage illustration providing information about the mortgage recommended, the monthly repayment costs and any other associated charges and terms.

To help us process your mortgage application without delay, we will need to see:

  • Proof of your identity
  • Confirmation of current income

If you currently have a mortgage with another lender, we will also need a copy of your most recent mortgage statement
