The Cambridge Families' Loyalty Bonus

If anyone in your family is an existing borrower or saver with us, or if you are a customer with us already, you get an additional bonus with your new residential loan.

It means you get the best deals on our new mortgages:

Tracker & Discounted Variable Rate Mortgages

You pay a reduced application fee equivalent to 0.5% of your loan (minimum £999). Non Families' Loyalty Bonus applicants pay an application fee equivalent to 1% of the loan (minimum £1,499).

Cambridge Variable Mortgage

For our Cambridge Variable Mortgage we will waive the £499 application fee altogether.

Fixed Rate Mortgages

Please note that the Families' Loyalty Bonus does not apply to our current Fixed Rate Mortgage range. 

Remortgaging

If you are remortgaging to The Cambridge we will waive the £99 remortgage administration fee.

Buy to Let

Please note that the Families' Loyalty Bonus does not apply to our current Buy to Let mortgage range.


Do you qualify?

To qualify, you or your family member must have held a mortgage or savings account with us for at least one year. For savers, your account balance must have been £100 or more during the last year. For borrowers, the mortgage account must have been satisfactorily maintained.

You have three months from the date we make a mortgage offer to complete your new loan.

The Families' Loyalty Bonus is a special offer and may be altered or withdrawn without notice.
