- For remortgages, you pay an additional £99 administration fee - waived if you qualify for our Families Loyalty Bonus.
- Switching fee £499 - for existing borrowers.

- No higher lending charge.
Early repayment charge
- Flexibility to make extra payments if you want to, without penalty.
- An early repayment charge is payable, however, if you repay the loan, in full, before the end of the fixed rate term. The charge is equivalent to 3% of the original loan.
