Submission Guidelines

Below is a list of documents that are required to be completed and submitted with each application:

  • A signed application form and direct debit mandate, completed and signed Broker Checklist
  • Certified copies of identification (name and address)
  • The appropriate valuation fee if applicable
  • The appropriate application fee - (can be added to the loan provided maximum LTV is not exceeded).

The following are required for residential mortages only:

  • Income and Expenditure Summary Form
  • 3 latest payslips and your most recent P60 or, for self employed applicants, 3 years’ trading accounts.
