Submission Guidelines
Below is a list of documents that are required to be completed and submitted with each application:
- A signed application form and direct debit mandate, completed and signed Broker Checklist
- Certified copies of identification (name and address)
- The appropriate valuation fee if applicable
- The appropriate application fee - (can be added to the loan provided maximum LTV is not exceeded).
The following are required for residential mortages only:
- Income and Expenditure Summary Form
- 3 latest payslips and your most recent P60 or, for self employed applicants, 3 years’ trading accounts.
