Our 2012 Product Range
The Cambridge has refreshed its product offering, making finding the right product much easier. We've streamlined the number of products and standardised the application fee and LTV structures.

We have a dedicated Business Development Team to make doing business with us as simple as possible. We take each case on its own merit and can help your clients purchase properties within the following counties: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire and Suffolk.

Our Business Development Team are available Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm and 9.00am - 12.00pm on Saturdays.

• We don't credit score. Each case is assessed individually.

• We lend up to 95% LTV with no guarantor requirements.

• All residential remortgage products come with free standard legal fees and a free standard valuation.
