Important Policy Update

With effect from Monday 3rd November The Cambridge will only accept residential loans to a maximum of 4.5 times your clients' income. For joint applications it is 4.5 times your clients' joint income. For full details of acceptable income please click here.

Below are the affected loan types:

  • Residential Purchase
  • Residential Further Advance
  • Residential Remortgages - where extra capital is being raised

Loans that are unaffected by the LTI criteria:

  • Residential Remortgages - on a like for like basis (£ for £)
  • Buy to Let applications
